LG G2 – ‘Smartphone of the year’ & beyond

LG G2

Some said, “It’s a beauty of a beast”, for some “It’s different”; some exclaimed “Now here is something new” while others were stunned by its innovation that is simply beyond imagination. LG has created a huge roar with its flagship Smartphone – the LG G2.

Techies have analyzed everything and to our overwhelming joy, LG G2 has come out with flying colors on every front. Be it the Rear-Key innovation, the advanced KnockCodeTM, 5.2 IPS Display, sporting 2.26GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor with 2GB RAM, 13MP OIS Camera or the long- lasting battery performance, LG G2 is a delight for everyone!

According to the review done by Gadgets & Gizmos, “The Rear-Key is an interesting design innovation, so that you can easily maneuver the volume rockers and power options using the index finger. The screen houses well inside the phone and lines on the LG G2 are quite seamless”.

Rajat Agarwal of BGR India praised the KnockOn feature that wakes up the display by tapping twice on it. He was also amazed by the display technology evolution of LG, which is crisp, bright and is legible even under harsh sunlight unlike any other Smartphone in the android market.

Moving forward Sulabh Puri, the Business Insider techie loved the Rear-Key design innovation, as he found it quite useful and easy to use, which fortifies its functionality and the tagline ‘Learning From You’. While Mobile India’s Sandeep Budki finds the navigation and super responsive touch screen as an amazing experience and even accessing apps as a smooth affair.

Another tech-enthusiast Ankit Tuteja of IBN Live said, “It has been two years since a Smartphone innovation made me sit up and take notice. And now LG has captured my attention with hardware innovation in the G2. Having excellent viewing angles, Ankit also praised the fresh design, great performance and impressive camera.

While CNBC Tech Guru ranked it as the No.1 Android Smartphone of 2013, Stuff Magazine went ahead and named LG G2 the Smartphone of the Year declaring that “ the LG G2 is as good as smartphones get in 2013, and shows the established names how it should be done”

So, to sum up, the LG G2 is definitely one of the best and most advanced Smartphones in the high end android market. The Quick Window case is a good addition and the back buttons are some serious innovations inspired by real life experiences. It looks as beastly as it is, but is a beautiful machine on the inside. If you’re buying this great phone, then life is indeed good!

And for those with a compulsive need for super fast data speed, the 4G LTE version will live up to your expectations and your style!
